Basic function and application

Aluminium paste offers wide ranges of silvery metal tone and great choices for optics designing. Its covering effect is better than other colors. Aluminium paste can form multiple suspending layers on the coating membrane, which helps to protect the base layer from exposing to gas, water and ultraviolet ray. Aluminium paste can reflect light and heat, thus an effective heat insulation layer is formed, preventing absorbing too much heat and being overheated within the structure.

Aluminium pigment powder has silver-like metallic luster.Its main chemical comtent is aluminium. Typical applicatons include powder coatings,coatings and inks,masterbatches,cosmetics,shoe materials,etc.

Aluminium pinment powder has flake shape particles.The particles float at hte surface of finished coatings,forming a shield against corrosive gases and liquids,providing maximum protection to coatings and suface of coated articles.

Regular aluminium pigment powder con be burned and become dark in water-borne or acidic/alkaline paints.It is not recommended for applications requiring high resistance to acid, alkali, and rain.Aluminium pigment encapsulated with material of strong weatherability can endure long time corrosion of sun light,wind,and rain,Thus it provides excellent protection to coatings against weather,resulting in long-alsting metallic effect.
