Notice for preservation and usage ◆ Tighten the container cover of aluminium paste soon after using it. The paste is much more steady than the aluminium powder and is not easy to catch fire or explode. If the container is not covered properly in time, however, the aluminium paste solvent is easy to volatilize, which increases the danger of breaking out a fire or exploding correspondingly. ◆Carrying, using and preserving our products in the environment where fire exists should be strictly prohibited. Once a fire breaks out, please use chemical powder or the fire-resistant sands to put it out. No water should be used to put out the fire, because once the burning aluminium paste meets water, hydrogen will be produced, which will aggravate burning. ◆ Aluminium paste must be isolated with water, acid and alkali. Because hydrogen will be produced once aluminium paste touches these materials. ◆ Should operate prudently to avoid overflowing when pouring into or out of the storing container. ◆ Partial ventilation is necessary in the place of carrying and using aluminium paste. Should pay attention not to touch the gas volatilized from the solvent (mineral olein, solvent naphtha, toluene or xylene etc) in container. When carrying and using the paste, should put on special glasses and leakage protective gloves against chemical materials. One can also take other safeguard measures to protect skin and mucosa. ◆ Emergency measures: Once the skin touches the aluminium paste, should wash it clean completely with water and soap immediately. If the paste enters eyes by accident, should wash them with clean water for at least 15 minutes and turn to doctor for consultation in time. ◆ Waste disposal: Small amount of discarded aluminium paste can only be burnt in a safe place and under the supervision of authorized persons. Please refer to our company or the contractor who are authorized to deal with discarded aluminium paste for consultation if there is a large amount of paste to be burnt.

How safe storage： ◆ Storage notice The product should be preserved in sealed containers in rooms with the temperature between 15 to 40℃. Exposing directly under sunshine, rainwater or too high temperature should be avoided. ◆ Guarantee that the preservation temperature should not be lower than 15℃(one should pay special attention to this point, especially when winter stands or the environment temperature is lower or equal to 10℃). Since in the environments where the temperature is lower than 15℃, the stearic acid in the coating of aluminium surface or other materials will subside irreversibly. ◆ Both too much jolt or shake during transportation and preservation under some special conditions might lead to the partial separation of aluminium and its solvent. Therefore, ought to stir fully to make the composition in containers mix well before using it.
